This Christmas, leave the cooking, hosting and washing up to us and settle in for an elevated Christmas lunch designed for those who want to celebrate in style. From 12pm–3pm, The Broome Closet will be transformed into an intimate tropical Christmas escape, with elegant festive styling, warm hospitality and a generous premium buffet made for lingering over.

Expect a beautiful chilled seafood selection featuring fresh oysters, Australian prawns, smoked salmon and classic accompaniments, followed by a festive carvery of glazed Christmas ham, premium roast beef and herb-roasted poultry. Alongside will be all the Christmas favourites — crisp roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, stuffing, fresh salads, artisan breads, cheeses and thoughtfully chosen accompaniments.
